Contract Reports - Outdated Quotes Report

The Outdated Quotes Report lists all quotes on file that were entered before a specified date.

 

Technical Tip

This report only includes quotes that have been entered into Micronet and then converted either to invoices or to lost sales. It does not include quotes entered directly into Micronet as invoices.
  1. Select REPORTS | CONTRACT REPORTS | OUTDATED QUOTES REPORT.

Micronet displays a User Defined Questions screen.

  1. Enter or select the last date for valid quotes.

For example, if quotes are valid for one month, you would enter the date one month before today.

  1. Select the Ok button.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

  1. Select whether you want the report displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.
